Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented, high-energy, and customer-oriented Interior Designer to join our flagship showroom team. This is a dynamic, front-facing role where design expertise meets luxury retail. You will not be desk-bound; instead, you will actively engage with our elite clientele, guiding them through our collections and designing bespoke spaces that integrate Crystal House’s signature aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Act as a luxury design consultant, offering expert guidance on furniture, lighting, and decor selections within the showroom.
• Design Conceptualization: Develop customized interior concepts, mood boards, and detailed floor plans tailored to client requirements.
• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations to help clients envision Crystal House products within their own homes.
• Technical Precision: Ensure all designs are technically sound, providing accurate drawings for custom furniture or lighting installations.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to bridge the gap between design vision and product availability.
• Trend Leadership: Maintain a deep understanding of global luxury trends in architecture and interior design to offer innovative, forward-thinking advice.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design, specifically within luxury retail or high-end residential projects.
• Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are mandatory. Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) is highly preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence high-net-worth clients.
• Detail Oriented: A refined sense of aesthetics and an uncompromising eye for detail and luxury finishes.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment, multitasking across various client projects.
• Preference: Female candidates are preferred to align with our specific client demographics and showroom dynamics.

Trial Period:
The selected candidate will undergo a short trial period to assess design technicality, adaptability to our brand standards, and effectiveness in client engagement.
