The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates</li><li>Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination</li><li>Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures</li><li>Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws</li><li>Prepare HR reports and administrative documentation</li><li>Support daily HR and administrative operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Knowledge of HR policies and Pakistan labor laws</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of HR experience preferred</li><li>Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus</li></ul>Pay: From Rs1.00 per monthWork Location: In person
