Job Description

Chawla Group of Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive (Female) to join our HR department in Lahore.

The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, record management, and implementation of company policies. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Prepare HR reports and administrative documentation
• Support daily HR and administrative operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Knowledge of HR policies and Pakistan labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
