HR and Operations Executive

VapeMall is a growing and well-known chain of premium vaping retail stores, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive to join our team and support day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in daily operational activities

Handle recruitment and onboarding of retail staff

Support sales management and performance tracking

Coordinate and manage retail store teams

Monitor attendance, scheduling, and employee coordination

Assist in inventory management and stock coordination

Ensure smooth communication between stores and management

Maintain operational records and reporting

Help implement company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, operations, retail management, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Retail industry experience will be considered an advantage

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
