A well-known company is looking for a dynamic Admin / HR Officer (Male) to manage our company's administration / Human resource processes and well aware about CEO personal assistant works. We are based near Cavalry Ground, Lahore cantt. Share your CV on WhatsApp 0307-7779973.
The Candidate who located near Cantt, DHA, Ghazi Road, Walton Road, Mughalpura, Nishat, Harbanspura, Taj Pura, Fateh Garh, Baghbanpura, Shalimar Garden, Ring Road, Gulberg, Garden Town, Faisal Town, Model Town, Sadar Cantt will be the preferred.
Admin / HR Officer (Male) Responsibilities:
1- Processing data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process.
2- Should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR/Admin functions.
3- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, job posting websites and professional networks.
4- Must be expert in recruitment, payroll management, HR Policy, Employee Record Management & Other HR Related Activities.
5- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks including bill payments, filing, dealing with vendors, banks, etc.
6- Responsible for inventories, utility bills & other office duties.
7- Coordinate with the management to identify staffing needs & Determine selection criteria.
8- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
9- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
10- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
11- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
12- Well aware about CEO personal assistant works
Skill Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in administration or similar from reputed university.
2- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel , Power Point, Word and Outlook).
3-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4- Good organizational and time management skills.
5- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
6- The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.
