Job Title: HR Intern (Female Preferred)

Location: Onsite – Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore

Job Type: Internship (3 Months) - Leading to full-time role

Stipend:PKR 30,000/month

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR processes within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process:
• Job postings on different platforms
• Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
• Draft and prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, reports)
• Support HR policies implementation and documentation
• Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in:
• Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
