We are a growing company looking for a dedicated team member who is eager to grow with us.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO with day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role that includes assisting with executive tasks, supporting office operations, and contributing to sales-related activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct support to the CEO, including managing schedules, emails, and daily tasks</li><li>Assist with general office operations and administrative duties</li><li>Support sales efforts, including communication with buyers, order follow-ups, and inventory coordination</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner</li><li>Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and other business-related documentation</li><li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements</li><li>Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Have):<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of work experience</li><li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Excellent phone and email etiquette</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Self-starter with a positive attitude</li><li>Experience in fashion, apparel, or wholesale is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: We are looking for someone who is not only capable but also eager to grow with our company long-term.
