About Us:CSE Mobility &amp; Scrubs is a locally owned medical equipment provider serving North Texas for over a decade. We specialize in mobility scooters, lift chairs, power wheelchairs, ramps, and vehicle lifts. We pride ourselves on compassionate service, clean installs, and dependable repairs.Position Summary:We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Service Technician / Delivery Driver to deliver, install, and service mobility and accessibility equipment in customer homes and facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires technical aptitude, professionalism, and strong time management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver and install lift chairs, scooters, power wheelchairs, vehicle lifts, and other durable medical equipment</li><li>Perform in-home service calls and basic repairs</li><li>Follow daily schedule and complete work orders efficiently</li><li>Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and coworkers</li><li>Keep company vehicle organized and stocked with tools/supplies</li><li>Take before/after photos and complete job documentation</li><li>Load and unload equipment safely</li><li>Assist in the warehouse with inventory or light cleaning when needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs safely</li><li>Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills preferred (we will train the right person)</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions</li><li>Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor</li><li>Comfortable using tablets or smartphones to manage jobs and route info</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>Some flexibility needed depending on service call volume</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Starting pay based on experience</li><li>Bonus and overtime opportunities</li><li>Paid time off and holiday pay</li><li>In-house training and certifications provided</li><li>Family-friendly team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
