Medical Supply Service Technician / Delivery Driver

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Service Technician / Delivery Driver to deliver, install, and service mobility and accessibility equipment in customer homes and facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires technical aptitude, professionalism, and strong time management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install lift chairs, scooters, power wheelchairs, vehicle lifts, and other durable medical equipment
• Perform in-home service calls and basic repairs
• Follow daily schedule and complete work orders efficiently
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and coworkers
• Keep company vehicle organized and stocked with tools/supplies
• Take before/after photos and complete job documentation
• Load and unload equipment safely
• Assist in the warehouse with inventory or light cleaning when needed

Requirements:

• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs safely
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills preferred (we will train the right person)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Comfortable using tablets or smartphones to manage jobs and route info
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Some flexibility needed depending on service call volume
