 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 Contracts Administrator
 
 to strengthen our Commercial Department. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and monitoring contract documents to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with company standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal departments such as Tendering, Project Management and Finance to ensure contractual alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, edit, and comment on contract drafts to ensure fairness, completeness, and policy alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate commercial proposal terms and conditions into finalized contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain risk registers related to contractual clauses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze draft contracts to identify additional requirements during bid preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support technical and project teams in interpreting contract clauses and obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report directly to the Commercial Director.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction or engineering industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of FIDIC Red Book (Construction Contracts) and FIDIC White Book (Services Agreements).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to draft, interpret and amend contractual clauses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with key construction concepts such as variations, claims, progress payments, advance payments, retentions, and close-out processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 FIDIC Expertise: Proven experience managing and interpreting FIDIC-based contracts (especially Red and White Books) in both pre- and post-award phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Claims &amp; Variation Handling: Demonstrated ability to prepare, evaluate, and defend claims, variations, and extension of time requests with clear documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 GCC Contracting Experience: Prior experience within Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries, with solid understanding of regional commercial, legal, and procurement practices.
 </li>

 Commissioning ELV Engineer
 
 who will execute commissioning of
 
 
 ELV / ICT / BMS / SAS / Fire &amp; Life Safety
 
 
 systems on complex projects to achieve safe, SBC-Compliant, on-schedule handover with complete and auditable records.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform tests per approved Method Statements / ITPs / Test Packs (pre-functional &amp; functional), record measurements and results precisely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fire Alarm &amp; PAVA/Voice Evac: device addressing/labels, loop/line tests, cause-and-effect, audibility/intelligibility, battery/autonomy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Security (Access/CCTV/Intrusion): device I/O, events/alarms, storage &amp; retention, basic analytics scenarios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Emergency Lighting &amp; Lighting Control: auto-test/DT, spot lux checks, scenarios/overrides, BMS/FA interlocks.
 </li>
 <li>
 ICT/Structured Cabling &amp; Fiber: OTDR, end-to-end loss, copper certification (Fluke classes), rack/patch management.
 </li>
 <li>
 IBS/DAS &amp; Wi-Fi: basic sweep/coverage spot checks and operator/vendor integration readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 SMATV/IPTV, Intercom, Parking/ANPR: functional scenarios and BMS/FA interface tests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in IST with BMS/FA/Electrical; execute scripted steps, capture logs, report deviations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify installation against drawings/specs/codes; raise and track RFI/NCR to closure with evidence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce test results, update cause-and-effect matrices, red-line/as-built inputs; support O&amp;M/training packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Authority/third-party prep (KSA): assemble labels, logs, and evidence for Saudi Civil Defense inspections and House of Expertise engagements; align with SBC + NFPA/IEC/TIA/BICSI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit weekly progress updates to the Commissioning Manager; escalate risks early.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years ELV testing &amp; commissioning on building/complex facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on with FAT/SAT/FPT, ITP/Test Packs, and IST participation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience across FAS/PAVA, Access/CCTV, Emergency Lighting, Lighting Control, and Structured Cabling/Fiber.
 </li>
 <li>
 Standards literacy: SBC, NFPA 72/101, IEC/BS EN, TIA/BICSI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent with ELV test gear (addressing/programming tools, sound level/intelligibility meters, lux meters, OTDR, copper certifiers).
 </li>
 <li>
 HSE awareness (PTW/LOTO), clear technical reporting, and drawing/spec literacy.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Commissioning on healthcare, airports, data centers, rail, or high-rise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Vendor familiarity (e.g., Honeywell/JCI/Siemens/BMS; ACS/CCTV/Access; PAVA; structured cabling).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with third-party certifications/Authority approvals (e.g., Civil Defense/House of Expertise).
 </li>
