<p>Duties and Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li><p>To work as focal person for the project and lead interventions in target district(s)</p>
</li>
<li><p>To ensure project planning, execution, and timely management all targets, deliverables and set goals,</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide overall orientation and vision of project to all team members and partners</p>
</li>
<li><p>Responsible for liaoning in the targeted districts with government and other stakeholders,</p>
</li>
<li><p>Identify Youth, community leaders, local partners and assist them to provide support in project activities,</p>
</li>
<li><p>To engage local Community Based Organizations (CBOs) &amp; NGOs for quality input and ensure outreach and scope of work.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Responsible to verify all the field work, documentation and data collected and/or reported.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Responsible for project related financial management and effective utilization of given resources</p>
</li>
<li><p>Enable and engage youth in entrepreneurship and self-employment for sustainable livelihood</p>
</li>
<li><p>Assist program and M&amp;E sections for any field level support, as and when required,</p>
</li>
<li><p>To do budget tracking during the implementation of project</p>
</li>
<li><p>To comply with the organizational policies and procedures and code of conduct</p>
</li>
<li><p>Any other task assigned by the supervisor</p></li></ul><p><br>
</p>
<p>Experience and Education:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>At least 07 years&rsquo; project management experience in the non-government sector, ideally in youth empowerment, promote social harmony and Rule of Law projects/assignments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Sciences or equivalent relevant qualification</p>
</li>
</ul> <p>Skills &amp; Competencies:</p><br>
<p></p><ul>
<li>
<p>Conceptual understanding of Social Cohesion, Enterprise/ TVET Skills Development.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge and experience of advocacy campaigns on youth empowerment, promotion of social harmony and Rule of Law issues</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency in English language, both in writing and verbal communication</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong report writing skills</p>
</li>
<li><p>Substantial knowledge regarding the program implementation on field level</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong organizational and leadership skills</p>
</li>
<li><p>Excellent communication and representative skills (written, oral, cross-cultural)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Positive attitude and ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to adapt within the working environment.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ability to work as part of a team.</p>
</li>
