CTIS is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our CEO Office in VA &amp; MD office locations. The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.</div><div>
This individual will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks associated with the CEO Office and Corporate office. This position requires flexibility and availability during the day plus weekend hours occasionally.</div>
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities</div><ul><li>Calendar Management</li><li>Support with daily operational tasks</li><li>Communication &ndash; verbal and written communication required</li><li>Able to prioritize tasks</li><li>Communicate via emails and/or calls with clients</li><li>Document filing &ndash; Daily/weekly status reports; meeting minutes and as required.</li><li>Responsible for meeting minutes, following up with any/all action items</li><li>Assist in special projects</li><li>Organization skills &ndash; manage Time &amp; Tasks in a timely and organized manner</li><li>Proactive, adaptable and reliable</li><li>Driving the CEO daily between the Virginia and Maryland offices, client meetings and appointments.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Undergraduate with Minimum 5 years' experience</li><li>Time management</li><li>Must be extremely flexible with availability</li><li>Business college training an advantage</li><li>Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent</li><li>Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection</li></ul><div>
