Overview:
CTIS is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our CEO Office in VA & MD office locations. The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
This individual will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks associated with the CEO Office and Corporate office. This position requires flexibility and availability during the day plus weekend hours occasionally.

- Calendar Management
- Support with daily operational tasks
- Communication – verbal and written communication required
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Communicate via emails and/or calls with clients
- Document filing – Daily/weekly status reports; meeting minutes and as required.
- Responsible for meeting minutes, following up with any/all action items
- Assist in special projects
- Organization skills – manage Time & Tasks in a timely and organized manner
- Proactive, adaptable and reliable
- Driving the CEO daily between the Virginia and Maryland offices, client meetings and appointments.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate with Minimum 5 years' experience
- Time management
- Must be extremely flexible with availability
- Business college training an advantage
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
