Type: Full-time Reports to: OwnerRole SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on marketing person to own and execute CTM Customs&rsquo; marketing across social media, YouTube content, newsletters, events, and basic website updates. This role blends creative content creation with organization, analytics, and brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media (All Platforms)<ul><li>Manage and post across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Build and maintain a content calendar (posts, stories, reels/shorts, promos)</li><li>Engage with the community: comments, DMs, reviews, and brand voice consistency</li><li>Track performance and adjust strategy based on analytics</li></ul>YouTube Content Creation<ul><li>Coordinate and support longform + Shorts production (planning, filming support, editing coordination)</li><li>Write titles, descriptions, chapters, tags, and upload assets</li><li>Create/coordinate thumbnails and ensure consistent CTM brand style</li><li>Assist with publishing schedule, retention improvements, and channel growth strategy</li></ul>Email Newsletters<ul><li>Create and send newsletters (promos, shop updates, events, product features)</li><li>Manage email lists/segmentation and maintain consistent send cadence</li><li>Report on open rates, click rates, and conversions</li></ul>Events &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Coordinate events (meets, vendor days, giveaways, launches, community events)</li><li>Work with vendors/partners, handle logistics, promote across channels</li><li>Capture content during events and repurpose for social + YouTube + email</li></ul>Website Updates<ul><li>Update website content (services, galleries, landing pages, blogs, promotions)</li><li>Keep key pages current and accurate (hours, contact, offerings, pricing ranges if applicable)</li></ul>Demographic &amp; Market Research<ul><li>Research customer demographics, local market trends, competitor positioning</li><li>Identify target audiences and content angles that attract the right customers</li><li>Support ad targeting and messaging (even if ads are handled by someone else)</li></ul>Brand Ambassador Management<ul><li>Recruit, coordinate, and manage brand ambassadors/partners</li><li>Provide content guidelines, track deliverables, and maintain relationships</li><li>Organize ambassador promotions, discount codes, and reporting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience running social media and content for a brand (portfolio required)</li><li>Strong writing skills (captions, newsletters, promos)</li><li>Comfortable creating content in the real world (shop environment, vehicles, events)</li><li>Familiar with YouTube best practices (thumbnails, SEO, retention, publishing cadence)</li><li>Organized: content calendars, deadlines, checklists, vendor coordination</li><li>Basic graphic/video skills (Canva required; Adobe/CapCut/Premiere a plus)</li><li>Basic web update ability</li><li>Photo/video shooting experience (iPhone/DSLR, lighting, audio)</li><li>SEO and local search basics (Google Business Profile)</li><li>Experience managing creators/ambassadors</li><li>Experience in automotive, truck/SUV, Jeep, RV, or aftermarket industries</li></ul>Success Metrics (What &ldquo;Great&rdquo; Looks Like)<ul><li>Consistent posting cadence across all platforms</li><li>YouTube growth (views, watch time, subscribers) and reliable publishing schedule</li><li>Newsletter consistency + improved opens/clicks</li><li>Increased inbound leads tied to content and promotions</li><li>Smoothly executed events and measurable attendance/engagement</li><li>Stronger brand consistency and community presence</li></ul>How to ApplySend:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Links to social channels and/or YouTube work you&rsquo;ve managed</li><li>3&ndash;5 examples of content you created (posts, reels/shorts, thumbnails, newsletters)</li><li>A short note: &ldquo;If hired, what would you post in the first 14 days for CTM Customs?&rdquo;</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
