Marketing & Content Coordinator (Social + YouTube + Events)

Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on marketing person to own and execute CTM Customs’ marketing across social media, YouTube content, newsletters, events, and basic website updates. This role blends creative content creation with organization, analytics, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media (All Platforms)
- Manage and post across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Build and maintain a content calendar (posts, stories, reels/shorts, promos)
- Engage with the community: comments, DMs, reviews, and brand voice consistency
- Track performance and adjust strategy based on analytics
YouTube Content Creation
- Coordinate and support longform + Shorts production (planning, filming support, editing coordination)
- Write titles, descriptions, chapters, tags, and upload assets
- Create/coordinate thumbnails and ensure consistent CTM brand style
- Assist with publishing schedule, retention improvements, and channel growth strategy
Email Newsletters
- Create and send newsletters (promos, shop updates, events, product features)
- Manage email lists/segmentation and maintain consistent send cadence
- Report on open rates, click rates, and conversions
Events & Promotions
- Coordinate events (meets, vendor days, giveaways, launches, community events)
- Work with vendors/partners, handle logistics, promote across channels
- Capture content during events and repurpose for social + YouTube + email
Website Updates
- Update website content (services, galleries, landing pages, blogs, promotions)
- Keep key pages current and accurate (hours, contact, offerings, pricing ranges if applicable)
Demographic & Market Research
- Research customer demographics, local market trends, competitor positioning
- Identify target audiences and content angles that attract the right customers
- Support ad targeting and messaging (even if ads are handled by someone else)
Brand Ambassador Management
- Recruit, coordinate, and manage brand ambassadors/partners
- Provide content guidelines, track deliverables, and maintain relationships
- Organize ambassador promotions, discount codes, and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience running social media and content for a brand (portfolio required)
- Strong writing skills (captions, newsletters, promos)
- Comfortable creating content in the real world (shop environment, vehicles, events)
- Familiar with YouTube best practices (thumbnails, SEO, retention, publishing cadence)
- Organized: content calendars, deadlines, checklists, vendor coordination
- Basic graphic/video skills (Canva required; Adobe/CapCut/Premiere a plus)
- Basic web update ability
- Photo/video shooting experience (iPhone/DSLR, lighting, audio)
- SEO and local search basics (Google Business Profile)
- Experience managing creators/ambassadors
- Experience in automotive, truck/SUV, Jeep, RV, or aftermarket industries

- Consistent posting cadence across all platforms
- YouTube growth (views, watch time, subscribers) and reliable publishing schedule
- Newsletter consistency + improved opens/clicks
