 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day financial activities for entertainment industry clients including musicians, producers, and creative professionals
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle
 
 accounts payable and receivable
 
 , ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review
 
 monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
 
 for clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain accurate general ledger records
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external parties including
 
 tax professionals, managers, and attorneys
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor client spending and assist with
 
 tour, project, or production budgets
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide financial insights and reporting to help clients make informed business decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with year-end financial preparation and documentation for tax filings
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 
 in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 
 At least 2 years of experience
 
 in an accounting, bookkeeping, or account management role
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 high-net-worth individuals or entertainment industry clients is a plus
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with
 
 accounting software and advanced Excel
 
 </li>
 </ul>
