A rapidly growing Business Management firm in the Nashville area is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join its expanding team. This firm works closely with professionals across the entertainment industry—helping artists, producers, and creatives manage their finances with precision and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial activities for entertainment industry clients including musicians, producers, and creative professionals
• Handle accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports for clients
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain accurate general ledger records
• Coordinate with external parties including tax professionals, managers, and attorneys
• Monitor client spending and assist with tour, project, or production budgets
• Provide financial insights and reporting to help clients make informed business decisions
• Assist with year-end financial preparation and documentation for tax filings

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation up to $75,000
• Discretionary annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or account management role
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or entertainment industry clients is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel
