2&ndash;4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee engagement</li><li>
Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring across various roles and levels</li><li>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Talent Acquisition:</b></li><li>
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding</li><li>
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies</li><li>
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring</li><li>
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports</li><li>
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Employee Engagement &amp; HR Operations:</b></li><li>
Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention</li><li>
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and wellness programs</li><li>
Handle day-to-day HR operations including documentation, HRIS updates, and policy implementation</li><li>
Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism</li><li>
Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and internal communications</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems</li><li>
