Job Requirements

2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee engagement
-
Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring across various roles and levels
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies

Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
-
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
-
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Employee Engagement & HR Operations:-
Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and wellness programs
-
Handle day-to-day HR operations including documentation, HRIS updates, and policy implementation

Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
-
Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and internal communications
Required Skills

Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems

Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
