Job Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee engagement
  • Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring across various roles and levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and wellness programs
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including documentation, HRIS updates, and policy implementation
  • Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and internal communications

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
