 We are seeking a
 
 qualified HR Specialist
 
 to join our team in
 
 Tanta
 
 . The ideal candidate should have
 
 at least 2 years of experience
 
 and will be responsible for managing
 
 all HR functions
 
 and ensuring efficient HR operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage personnel affairs, employee files, contracts, and HR documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee benefits
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage performance evaluations and employee relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training needs and coordinate training and development activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 2 years of experience
 
 as an HR Specialist or similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of all HR functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of labor law
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
 </li>
