HR Specialist ( Tanta )

We Are Hiring – HR Specialist

We are seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join our team in Tanta . The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and will be responsible for managing all HR functions and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding)
• Manage personnel affairs, employee files, contracts, and HR documentation
• Follow up on attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee benefits
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance evaluations and employee relations
• Identify training needs and coordinate training and development activities
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions
• Good understanding of labor law
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
