Job Summary
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, accuracy of HR data, and efficient delivery of HR services. The role plays a critical part in enabling HR strategy through strong governance, digitalization, analytics, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery

Lead and manage all HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, total rewards management, contract renewals, workforce planning, cost management, employee records, and document management.

Ensure smooth execution of HR services such as annual leave administration, employee requests, and master data management.
Total Rewards & Payroll

Manage Total Rewards operations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Review payroll outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Support compensation-related reporting and analysis as required.
Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics

Lead HR budgeting, cost control, and periodic HR financial reporting.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and KPIs to support decision-making.

Provide regular insights on headcount, turnover, costs, and operational efficiency.
Policies, Compliance & Audit

Formulate, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and external labor regulations.

Lead HR audits and address gaps through corrective action plans.
HR Systems & Digitalization

Drive HR digitalization initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of HR systems.

Act as the key HR Operations lead for HRIS, payroll systems, and workflow automation.

Partner with IT and vendors to enhance system efficiency and data integrity.
Strategic & Operational Projects

Lead and contribute to HR strategic and operational projects.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

Support change management initiatives impacting HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

12+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Operations and managing teams.

Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and HR compliance.

Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems.

Accuracy and timeliness of HR data and payroll

English – Fluent level
