Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview:

The HRBP is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives within the FMCG sector. This role involves building strong relationships with leadership, delivering HR solutions, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectiveness across the assigned business units.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted HR partner to senior management and operational leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Align with talent acquisition team, onboarding, and retention initiatives to support business growth
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning
• Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication and changing management
• Apply HR policies and practices consistent with legal requirements and FMCG industry standards
• Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Conduct workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, leadership development, and conflict resolution
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
• Manage employee development programs, training, and career growth initiatives
• Support diversity and inclusion strategies within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred
• Proven experience from 5 to 8 as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of FMCG business dynamics and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics
