The candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel and be capable of handling quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams, especially the dispatch team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timelines.</li><li>Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.</li><li>Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.</li><li>Maintain and update records in MS Excel (sales data, order status, customer database, etc.).</li><li>Track order processing from receipt to dispatch.</li><li>Handle back-office documentation and administrative tasks.</li><li>Support sales and operations teams with required data and reports.</li><li>Ensure proper filing and record management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in back office / administrative role.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data management).</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong coordination and follow-up skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in quotation preparation and order processing.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP or billing software (if applicable).</li><li>Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics coordination.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>where do you live in kolkata how far from dalhousiee ?</li><li>What is your present salary and expected salary ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Administration: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>back end management: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
