Back Office Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel and be capable of handling quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams, especially the dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timelines.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain and update records in MS Excel (sales data, order status, customer database, etc.).
  • Track order processing from receipt to dispatch.
  • Handle back-office documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Support sales and operations teams with required data and reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in back office / administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data management).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in quotation preparation and order processing.
  • Familiarity with ERP or billing software (if applicable).
  • Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
