Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage overall administrative operations and support sales coordination activities. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, excellent MS Office proficiency, and the ability to handle multitasking responsibilities efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory control
  • Schedule meetings and assist management with reports and documentation

Sales Coordination Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation
  • Maintain and update customer database and records
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments and delivery status
  • Generate MIS reports and support management with sales data analysis

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration and sales coordination
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
