The candidate will be responsible for supervising upgradation and renovation works across civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (CMEP) domains. The role requires ensuring quality, timely project completion, and cost optimization while coordinating with vendors and contractors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as Site In-Charge for small commercial and residential building projects.</li><li>Oversee and manage Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (CMEP), and Fabrication works.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and execute upgradation and renovation works.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.</li><li>Optimize cost and time duration for all infra works.</li><li>Handle facility administration activities as required.</li><li>Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction and site supervision.</li><li>Proven experience in site management and facility administration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CMEPF works, materials, vendors, and contractor networks.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to deliver quality output within deadlines while optimizing costs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;33,000.00 per month

Job Title: Production Supervisor &ndash; Final Stage of Production Location: Aluva Salary: &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per monthJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee the final stage of production and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
