Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Project Coordinator with strong expertise in civil works and construction operations. The selected candidate will work directly with the Chairman and will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency across all ongoing and upcoming projects.
Experience in the construction or real estate development sector is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities1. Construction & Facility Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple project sites.
- Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure smooth post-handover operations.
- Conduct periodic site visits to review work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Review and approve project schedules, work plans, and technical specifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, dashboards, and operational insights to the Chairman.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
3. Government Approvals & Legal Coordination
- Manage statutory approvals and government documentation for new and existing projects.
- Coordinate with the legal team for land documentation, compliance matters, and regulatory clearances.
- Ensure all projects comply with local municipal and statutory regulations.
4. Owners Association & Complaint Management
- Oversee Owners Association coordination post project completion.
- Address daily operational complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional communication with residents and stakeholders.
5. Marketing & Market Research
- Conduct market studies and feasibility analysis for launching new projects.
- Support marketing and sales teams with technical and project-related inputs.
- Provide insights on pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking, and demand trends.
6. Asset & Land Bank Management
- Monitor and manage company land bank records and related documentation.
- Support acquisition assessments and due diligence processes.
- Assist in asset performance tracking and optimization.
7. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Facilitate coordination between design, project, and facility teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction operations, civil works, or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulatory compliance, and project coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills, particularly in interactions with senior management.
