As our representative, you will be dealing with a diverse role which includes lead generation, inbound call management, lead qualification, lead conversion and customer service.Required background<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, CRM management, or a related field</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems (e.g., Salesforce,HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Experience in lead generation.</li><li>Basic knowledge of coworking spaces and flexible oQice solutions is a plus.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field ispreferred.Key Responsibilities</li></ul>1. Inbound Call Managemento Act as the first point of contact, actively listening to callers to understand their needs.o Provide detailed information about The Cubicle&rsquo;s workspace options, pricing, and unique features.o OQer solutions tailored to the caller&rsquo;s requirements, highlighting the benefits of choosing The Cubicle.2. Lead Qualification o Identify and qualify potential members through engaging conversations thatassess their level of interest and readiness to proceed. o Accurately document call details and lead information in our CRM system.3. Sales Conversion o Turn inbound inquiries into memberships by eQectively communicating thevalue of The Cubicle&rsquo;s oQerings. o Address objections and resolve concerns to secure membershipcommitments. o Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive the growth of our coworkingcommunity.4. Product Knowledge o Develop a thorough understanding of The Cubicle&rsquo;s workspaces, amenities,services, and pricing structure. o Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and membership plans. o Continuously refine knowledge to ensure accurate and helpful information isshared with callers. 5.
