This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in food service, customer relations, and team collaboration while enjoying the fast-paced excitement of the food industry.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling safety protocols</li><li>Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize restaurant flow</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery</li><li>Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction</li><li>Uphold food safety standards through proper food preparation, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Must be over 21</li><li>Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards</li><li>Experience with reservation management tools like OpenTable is advantageous</li><li>Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends</li></ul>Join us as a Server Team Member where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel valued!
