Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling safety protocols
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize restaurant flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Uphold food safety standards through proper food preparation, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be over 21
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
• Experience with reservation management tools like OpenTable is advantageous
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
