We are expanding our innovative, patient-centered approach and are looking for a skilled and creative contractor to support our content and administrative operations.Position SummaryWe are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant and Content Coordinator to join our remote team. This dual-role position involves daily content creation, design, and media production, alongside administrative support for key business expansion activities.You will primarily be responsible for designing marketing materials, producing digital content, and supporting brand messaging, while also supporting the Executive Assistant with non-clinical business tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Marketing &amp; Content Creation (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Create and publish engaging daily content (graphics, text, video) across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).</li><li>Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, web banners and digital ads.</li><li>Edit video content for marketing and social media use (e.g., social media clips, tutorials, marketing videos), producing high-quality final versions.</li><li>Contribute to content updates on our website (e.g., blog posts, service pages) using CMS platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.</li><li>Support social media management and ensure content aligns with brand standards and strategy.</li></ul>B.
