As a Health Coach, you&rsquo;ll be the client&rsquo;s primary guide&mdash;connecting medical advice to behavior change and measurable outcomes.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Serve as the client&rsquo;s day-to-day point of contact and advocate.</li><li>Translate Doctor/Dietitian/Trainer plans into simple, weekly action steps.</li><li>Run structured onboarding (expectations, goals, schedules, first-week plan).</li><li>Do brief weekly check-ins (call/WhatsApp), spot barriers, and unlock progress.</li><li>Conduct Day-10 and Week-3 reviews; coordinate plan tweaks with the care team.</li><li>Escalate red flags to the right specialist (medical, diet, fitness, or mental health).</li><li>Keep clean, same-day documentation in the CRM and close monthly reviews.</li></ul>Must-have qualifications<ul><li>Either MBBS (active registration preferred) or a Health Psychology background.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in motivational interviewing and habit/behavior coaching.</li><li>Clear communicator who can build trust and explain complex ideas simply.</li><li>Comfortable with digital tools (CRMs, chat, call) and working in a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Exposure to lifestyle medicine, preventive health, or chronic-condition coaching.</li><li>Experience reviewing body composition trends and aligning next-step plans.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Malayalam.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>A proven coaching playbook and multidisciplinary team (Doctors, Dietitians, Trainers, Psychologists).</li><li>Growth pathways in clinical coaching, product, or operations.</li><li>Mission-driven work that measurably improves health&mdash;not just metrics on a dashboard.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;51,425.60 per monthWork Location: In person
