Health Coach (Health psychology)

Make clinical guidance usable in real life.At Cureocity, we turn evidence-based medical, nutrition, and fitness plans into daily routines people can actually follow. As a Health Coach, you’ll be the client’s primary guide—connecting medical advice to behavior change and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the client’s day-to-day point of contact and advocate.
• Translate Doctor/Dietitian/Trainer plans into simple, weekly action steps.
• Run structured onboarding (expectations, goals, schedules, first-week plan).
• Do brief weekly check-ins (call/WhatsApp), spot barriers, and unlock progress.
• Conduct Day-10 and Week-3 reviews; coordinate plan tweaks with the care team.
• Escalate red flags to the right specialist (medical, diet, fitness, or mental health).
• Keep clean, same-day documentation in the CRM and close monthly reviews.

Must-have qualifications

• Either MBBS (active registration preferred) or a Health Psychology background.
• Demonstrated skills in motivational interviewing and habit/behavior coaching.
• Clear communicator who can build trust and explain complex ideas simply.
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRMs, chat, call) and working in a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Exposure to lifestyle medicine, preventive health, or chronic-condition coaching.
• Experience reviewing body composition trends and aligning next-step plans.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
