Our affiliated company, Spring Mill Settlement Services, is a settlement and title agency and an issuing agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. We are a small, collaborative team where your work has a direct and visible impact.The RoleWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to support both the law firm and our settlement company from our Conshohocken office. This is an in-office position (not remote) of roughly 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule we can set together. You will work closely with our office manager and attorneys, taking on a mix of recurring administrative tasks and settlement support so the team can focus on client work. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, a quick learner, and comfortable juggling tasks across two related businesses.What You Will DoLaw firm support<ul><li>Saving and organizing documents and files (Clio and Microsoft 365 / OneDrive)</li><li>Data entry and file maintenance in Clio (our practice management system)</li><li>Electronic court filings (eFiling) across Pennsylvania counties</li><li>Calendaring deadlines, hearings, and appointments</li><li>Drafting engagement letters and other routine correspondence</li><li>Assisting with attorney registrations and CLE tracking</li><li>Helping maintain case logs and track next steps as needed</li></ul>Settlement and title support (Spring Mill Settlement Services)<ul><li>Placing title orders and assisting with file setup</li><li>Preparing and completing deed packages</li><li>Supporting recording and post-closing follow-up</li><li>General settlement file organization and coordination</li></ul>Office and administrative support<ul><li>Mail processing (incoming and outgoing)</li><li>Preparing and sending letters and service of documents</li><li>General clerical and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly</li></ul>The exact mix of duties will be tailored to your strengths and the needs of the office, with room to take on more responsibility over time.What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail</li><li>Comfort learning new software quickly (experience with Clio, SoftPro, QuickBooks, or Microsoft 365 is a plus, but not required)</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to handle confidential client and financial information with discretion</li><li>Reliability, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once</li><li>A professional, team-oriented attitude</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Prior experience in a law firm, title company, or real estate office</li><li>Familiarity with court eFiling systems or county recording</li><li>Basic bookkeeping or billing experience</li></ul>Details<ul><li>Location: In-office, Spring Mill Corporate Center, 1100 E.
