Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make delicious bubble tea drinks using fresh fruits, tea, milk, tapioca, and toppings&mdash;always following our recipe standards</li><li>Prep ingredients (like fruit cutting), clean your station, and keep the bar looking sharp</li><li>Greet customers, take orders, and give recommendations with a smile</li><li>Help manage stock levels and keep ingredients organized and fresh</li><li>Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace</li><li>Handle cash and process transactions accurately</li><li>Support training for new team members</li><li>Stay in the loop on seasonal drinks and promos</li><li>Assist with any other tasks as assigned by your manager</li></ul>Who We're Looking For<ul><li>No experience? No problem.
