Key Responsibilities

• Make delicious bubble tea drinks using fresh fruits, tea, milk, tapioca, and toppings—always following our recipe standards
• Prep ingredients (like fruit cutting), clean your station, and keep the bar looking sharp
• Greet customers, take orders, and give recommendations with a smile
• Help manage stock levels and keep ingredients organized and fresh
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Support training for new team members
• Stay in the loop on seasonal drinks and promos
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by your manager

Who We're Looking For

• No experience? No problem. Just bring the right attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior retail or food service experience is a plus
• Great communicator with solid customer service skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Minimum Age: 16+

Physical Expectations

• Stand/move for up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Handle repetitive tasks with care and consistency
• Follow health & safety protocols at all times
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
