This role is key to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate invoicing (incoming/outgoing), concise office to warehouse communication, and booking/tracking outgoing orders to our customers. Must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team that prides itself on efficiency and teamwork.DutiesLogistics &amp; Shipping<ul><li>Coordinate shipments via UPS, FedEx Ground, and LTL carriers.</li><li>Prepare shipping paperwork and labels.</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Handle customer service inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, or product availability with professionalism and promptness.</li><li>Resolve issues quickly and professionally.</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers.</li></ul>Order Processing &amp; Light Accounting<ul><li>Enter orders and customer information.</li><li>Create quotes and order confirmations.</li><li>Generate invoices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Customer Service Experience.</li><li>Must be able to multitask &amp; prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
