Custom Comfort Medtek is a leading manufacturer of medical furniture used in hospitals, labs, and healthcare facilities worldwide. Our Redmond, OR Distribution Center location is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to grow with us.

Job Overview
Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented office person to join our small team. This role is key to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate invoicing (incoming/outgoing), concise office to warehouse communication, and booking/tracking outgoing orders to our customers. Must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team that prides itself on efficiency and teamwork.

Duties

Logistics & Shipping

  • Coordinate shipments via UPS, FedEx Ground, and LTL carriers.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and labels.

Customer Service

  • Handle customer service inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, or product availability with professionalism and promptness.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.

Order Processing & Light Accounting

  • Enter orders and customer information.
  • Create quotes and order confirmations.
  • Generate invoices.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Must be able to multitask & prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
