Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.


Summary:

This position provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership and program management teams within a dynamic, fast-paced technical organization. The successful candidate will serve as a critical operational partner, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-visibility meetings and events, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for a team that interfaces regularly with external partners and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and the confidence to interact professionally with senior executives and external business partners. The position demands flexibility, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a highly visible environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups

  • Coordinate and execute team meetings, events, and external-facing engagements with meticulous attention to detail

  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members and business vendors

  • Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries and process business expense reports

  • Coordinate procurement of equipment, office supplies, and services while managing vendor relationships

  • Serve as primary point of contact for department communications and inquiries

  • Support internal team engagement programs and initiatives throughout the year

  • Manage facility operations and coordinate departmental logistics

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Complete special projects and assignments as directed by leadership


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of executive calendar management experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of stakeholder communication and coordination experience, including work with external partners

  • Minimum 5–7 years of executive and team administrative support experience, including meetings, travel arrangements, expense processing, and general administrative functions

  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-level executives in fast-paced environments

  • Proven track record in busy, visible administrative roles

  • Advanced executive calendar management and scheduling coordination

  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management abilities

  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities

  • Ability to prioritize and shift focus quickly in response to changing demands

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in coordinating complex meetings and events

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Confidence in supporting senior-level executives


Additional Details:

  • Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

  • Duration: 2 months

  • Pay Range*: $30 - $34 per hour

  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
