Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. Whether managing front desk duties or assisting with clerical tasks, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and productive environment for staff and visitors alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide prompt customer support to ensure positive communication.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks entry to support financial processes.</li><li>Support office management by maintaining supplies inventory, organizing files, and ensuring the office environment is tidy and efficient.</li><li>Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Minimum of 5+ years prior experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Quickbooks</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is highly preferred. ​</li><li>Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, calendar management, and customer service is essential.</li><li>Prior experience in roles such as receptionist (medical or dental), administrative assistant, or personal assistant will be advantageous.</li><li>Strong time management skills combined with excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
