This is a full-time position (30-40 hours per week) with the potential to transition into full-time hours as the company continues to expand.The ideal candidate has strong phone experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using Google Suite for daily operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or concerns</li><li>Document customer interactions in company systems</li><li>Help serve as technical support for customers trouble shooting their products</li><li>Act as a liaison between Customs Unlimited and our Dealer Network regarding product questions and updates</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interaction</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience in customer service</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)</li><li>Basic automotive knowledge preferred, but not required</li><li>Experience with Ecommerce platforms preferred, but not required</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement</li><li>Potential to transition into a full-time role</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Starting Pay: $18.00 &ndash; $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Hours: Monday &ndash; Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM</li><li>Status: Full Time</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Almont, MI 48003 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
