Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated technicians eager to apply their mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.</li><li>Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as refrigerant lines, drainage, and water supply connections.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and other testing devices to identify electrical or mechanical faults.</li><li>Repair or replace components such as compressors, fans, motors, valves, and welders as needed.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, logs of inspections, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data.</li><li>Operate a &lt;PERSON&gt; driver vehicle safely for field service visits across multiple sites.</li><li>Assist with ammonia refrigeration systems and other specialized HVAC/R (refrigeration) applications when necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC design modifications or property upgrades.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields with construction background preferred.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Hands-on experience with plumbing, refrigeration systems&mdash;including ammonia refrigeration&mdash;and appliance repair.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC/R equipment repair, maintenance procedures, welding techniques, boiler operation, and property maintenance tasks.</li><li>Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting.</li><li>Mechanical skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities in field service environments.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience operating &lt;PERSON&gt; driver vehicles is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC design principles and familiarity with schematics is highly desirable.</li><li>Certifications or training in refrigeration (including ammonia systems), welding, boiler operation or HVAC/R are advantageous.
