Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Kitchen Designer to join our team! As a key member of our design and sales team, you will combine technical skills with exceptional customer service to deliver personalized solutions that exceed expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about interior design, construction, and creating beautiful, efficient kitchens that stand out.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects.</li><li>Utilize 20/20 (Design Flex) to create detailed layout plans that optimize space and aesthetics.</li><li>Present design concepts clearly and confidently, highlighting features such as lighting, materials, and innovative storage solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of remodeling projects from start to finish.</li><li>Manage inside and outside sales efforts by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts through excellent communication skills.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting products through retail sales techniques while providing exceptional customer service.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in interior or kitchen design with proficiency in the 20/20 software, and layout design tools.</li><li>Strong background in high-end sales, remodeling, renovation, construction, lighting design, and product upselling.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills paired with organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with maintenance practices related to kitchen appliances and fixtures is beneficial.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating strong customer service orientation.
