Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects.
• Utilize 20/20 (Design Flex) to create detailed layout plans that optimize space and aesthetics.
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently, highlighting features such as lighting, materials, and innovative storage solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Manage inside and outside sales efforts by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts through excellent communication skills.
• Assist customers in selecting products through retail sales techniques while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior or kitchen design with proficiency in the 20/20 software, and layout design tools.
• Strong background in high-end sales, remodeling, renovation, construction, lighting design, and product upselling.
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with maintenance practices related to kitchen appliances and fixtures is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating strong customer service orientation.
