Salary - Up to: £39,350 Location - Sheffield Shifts: Week 1: 6am - 2pm / Week 2: 2pm - 10pm / Week 3: 10pm - 6am We are looking for an mechanical fitter to join a market leading manufacturing company within their respective field. You will be involved in all aspects of machine building. Role Details: <ul> <li> Respond promptly to emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment as required. </li><li> Carry out a wide range of duties to install, maintain, and support the operational efficiency of site equipment. </li><li> Undertake work across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on a variety of production machinery. </li><li> Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, repair or replace components, test systems, and carry out necessary adjustments. </li><li> Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on all machinery, equipment, and the wider plant facilities. </li><li> Complete installation tasks, including the provision and connection of electrical, water, and compressed air supplies. </li><li> Utilise a range of hand and power tools, electrical testing equipment, and material handling apparatus in the execution of duties. </li></ul> Qualifications & Experience: <ul> <li>Time served Engineer </li><li>Experience With Hydraulics & Pneumatics </li></ul> In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for a technically motivated engineer. Plant Engineer/Fitter Days - Mon/ Friday - 7:30am - 5pm up to £45,000 (Dependant on experience) We are looking for a motivated Plant Engineer/Fitter to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the maintenance manager you will be a key member in ensuring the plant is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.
