 About the role:
 
 
 
 Lead and manage national used trucks sales operations by driving revenue growth, optimizing inventory turnover, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Oversee multi-region sales teams, set targets, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards to maximize profitability and market share.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare volume and value forecasts for used trucks sales by region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set targets for sales teams; review performance, call rates, and new prospects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a list of major customers; plan strategically to secure business and personally visit top prospects monthly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure regional inventory is received, kept in good condition, monitored for movement, and accurately recorded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict control of sales-related costs to stay within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review product knowledge and sales techniques quarterly; develop training plans to enhance selling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and correct direct costs related to used trucks maintenance with the Service Department to align with budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitors&rsquo; activities; gather and analyze intelligence and recommend strategies for penetration and expansion.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Educational Qualifications and Certifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Knowledge:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation techniques and customer relationship management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to assess vehicle condition, determine fair market value, and manage lifecycle from acquisition to resale.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Relevant product knowledge.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Language Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in both English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in used equipment/vehicle sales.
 </li>
