We&rsquo;re looking for a designer who doesn&rsquo;t play it safe.CWI Interiors is growing, and we need an interior decorator who is self-driven, creatively sharp, and energized by pushing a design beyond the expected. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, collaborate thoughtfully, and step into client spaces with confidence and clarity.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Design and develop interiors that feel elevated, distinctive, and not formulaic</li><li>Balance remote work with in-field client meetings and site visits</li><li>Translate direction into thoughtful, well-executed design solutions</li><li>Collaborate with our team while also owning your work with initiative</li><li>Build strong, natural relationships with clients through clear communication and presence</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Self-motivated and able to manage your time without hand-holding</li><li>Creative thinker who isn&rsquo;t afraid to design with boldness and intention</li><li>Comfortable taking direction while also contributing ideas</li><li>Naturally good with people: warm, perceptive, and professional</li><li>Organized enough to execute, but not rigid in your thinking</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>Part-time (approximately 30 hours per week)</li><li>Combination of remote work and in-person client interaction</li><li>Growth opportunity within a design-forward, fast-moving studio</li></ul>We are not looking for someone who wants to check boxes.
