Interior Decorator

We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t play it safe.

CWI Interiors is growing, and we need an interior decorator who is self-driven, creatively sharp, and energized by pushing a design beyond the expected. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, collaborate thoughtfully, and step into client spaces with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop interiors that feel elevated, distinctive, and not formulaic
• Balance remote work with in-field client meetings and site visits
• Translate direction into thoughtful, well-executed design solutions
• Collaborate with our team while also owning your work with initiative
• Build strong, natural relationships with clients through clear communication and presence

Who You Are:

• Self-motivated and able to manage your time without hand-holding
• Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to design with boldness and intention
• Comfortable taking direction while also contributing ideas
• Naturally good with people: warm, perceptive, and professional
• Organized enough to execute, but not rigid in your thinking

Details:

• Part-time (approximately 30 hours per week)
• Combination of remote work and in-person client interaction

We are not looking for someone who wants to check boxes. We are looking for someone who wants to create rooms that matter.

Pay: $23.28 - $28.04 per hour
