</li></ul><p><b>Position Summary: </b>The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting for a hospitality focused <b>Dining Room Sever </b>to join our fine dining culinary team on a part-time basis! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.<br>

<b>Primary Responsibilities:
</b></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
</li><li>Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
</li><li>Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
</li><li>Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
</li><li>Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
 </li></ul></div><div><b>Qualifications:
</b></div><div><ul><li>Must be age 16 or older.
</li><li>Experience in food service work preferred but will train.
</li><li>Experience in working with seniors preferred.
</li><li>Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
</li><li>Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
